Agave americana medio-picta-  Most people just refer to this as A. americana medio-picta.  It’s sometimes labeled as medio-picta 'Aurea'.   This one grows to approx 4-5 feet high by 5-8 feet wide with green leaves that are variegated with a wide GOLD stripe down the center.  This one tends to be wider and somewhat more open than A. medio-picta ‘Alba (white stripe in the center) with very graceful curvature to the leaves.   A mature plant is stunning and a great addition to the Agave collection. 
 
Prefers full sun with good drainage and little to moderate water.
Hardy to approx 25 degrees
