Agave lophantha x manfreda - A fantastic new hybrid with dark green leaves that are upright and beautifully recurved with a bit of marginal wave and brilliant red and orange teeth. Add to that the distinctive, glowing lophantha midstripe and luminescent, lighter underside of the leaf . An absolute knockout. We are actually trialing these in our display garden. They grow approx. 12-18 inches high and equally as wide. They are proving to be every bit as hardy as the lophantha parent. An absolute knockout in the succulent garden. Because of its compact size it also makes a fantastic potted specimen!
 
Full sun and well drained soil.
Very drought tolerant but grows more quickly with some supplemental summer water.
Hardy to approx. 22 degrees.
