A great succulent for the collector!  Produces a tight colony of round, ball-like stem segments.  Looks great staged in a compact pot.  Will develop a thick caudex, below the soil line. The plant can be lifted to display the caudex.
 
Bright, filtered light (full sun in mild climates), well drained soil and only occasional water. 
Hardy to approx. 35 degrees F.
